our 12 week challenge
HOW DOES OUR 12 WEEK CHALLENGE WORK?
One of our trainers will be assigned to you and will write a weekly program that meets your requirements. They will also provide you with 1 PT session per week to keep you on track and check in with your progress.
We believe in flexible dieting and will put a group or individual session to educate on how to track your nutrition - better for long term, however we can provide you with a set meal plan if preferred.
There will be 1 group session per week to really help smash your fitness goals even more and all is welcome to attend. There will also be 2 massive, fun outdoor events at the 6 week mark and followed at the end of the challenge.
HOW PRICING WORKS FOR THE CHALLENGE
Challenge entry is $179
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $129
Personal training session during the 12 week challenge is
$50 per session (paid upfront)
$60 per session (paid weekly)
